Fee Refunds

Submitting a registration form expresses your interest. For fee-based programs, enrollment is considered final only after written confirmation from ISIAS and, where applicable, payment of the fee under the terms communicated at that time.

For enrollments made remotely (online), under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of your enrollment being confirmed, without needing to justify your decision and without penalty, provided the program has not already started.

If the program starts before the 14 days are up, at your explicit request to begin the service earlier, the refund is calculated proportionally to the unused portion of the program.

Send a request to contact@isias.ro, including your full name, the course/program, and your enrollment date. We review and respond within 14 business days at the latest, and any applicable refund is issued via the same payment method used, within the legal deadline.

If ISIAS cancels or reschedules a course/event for its own reasons (e.g. insufficient enrollment), participants who already enrolled and paid the fee receive a full refund or the option to be rescheduled, whichever they prefer.
