The content on this site (text, images, course materials, org chart) is provided for informational purposes about ISIAS's activity. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the site's content for commercial purposes without ISIAS's written consent, except for materials explicitly made available for download.

You agree to use the site and its forms (contact, course enrollment, event registration, newsletter) in good faith and to provide accurate information about yourself.

Submitting a form on the site (course, training program, event) expresses your interest — it is not an automatic confirmation of a spot. The ISIAS team will contact you afterward to confirm, share organizational details, and, where applicable, payment terms.

For fee-based programs/courses, specific terms (price, payment deadlines, cancellation conditions) are communicated explicitly before your enrollment is confirmed. See also the Fee Refunds page.

For events with registration, submitting the form automatically emails you a QR code containing your details — used for event access.

ISIAS operates an online platform dedicated to courses, assessments, and study materials, with role-based access for students, teachers, and partners. Access is granted individually via an account created by an administrator, and signing in works through a login link emailed to you — no password.

Certificates of completion are issued automatically once a course is fully completed and can be verified publicly, without an account, using the unique verification code printed on the certificate.

Course materials, research, texts, and ISIAS's visual identity (including its logo) are protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.

ISIAS makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption. ISIAS is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or its temporary unavailability.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent Romanian courts — see also the Consumer Protection section in the site footer for alternative dispute resolution options.
